3) Where to start?
Start by creating several units and characters to build your first army. The application incorporates the management and quota rules from the rulebook.
For example, you can start by building an army of 2,000 points.
Again, respecting the quotas, you can also assign one or more monsters to your army.
4) What are the differences between the rules of the original game and those of the app?
Several fundamental elements have been changed:
- There are no longer Western Goblins or Eastern Orcs. Eastern Goblins have become Goblins, and Western Orcs have become Orcs.
- Alignments have changed in favour of a more universal system: Good, Neutral and Evil.
- Humans can be Good, Neutral or Evil.
- In order to represent their poor intelligence, goblin races no longer have access to Arcane Magic, but only to Divine Magic. (This rule can be disabled in the application settings).
- Mercenary troops can never form more than 25 % of an army (including Humans).
- The flying monster Pteradon has been renamed Carrion and has become an undead monster.
- The javelin is classed as a missile weapon.
5) How can I fight an enemy unit?
Currently, you must create 'friendly' and 'enemy' units on the same account for them to be able to battle each other. However, new features are being developed that will enable units, monsters and characters from different accounts to fight each other.
6) How should bonuses or penalties from Skills & Attributes or magical items be taken into account?
You will find an area dedicated to bonuses or penalties related to weapons, magical items or character skills on each game module that may be affected by them (Skills & Magic Modifiers).
